Beschreibung:
Switched Reluctance Motors (SRM), and their drives, provide extreme efficiency by using potential energy stored in one coil to energise the next. An SRM has no magnetic “slip”, so there is virtually no heating of the armature. Any heating occurs in the stator, where it is readily dissipated. The motors feature low current , high torque starting and variable speeds, while avoiding eddy and bearing current issues associated with induction motors. The lack of rotor windings make them very robust.
